📜 HOMESTAY REGULATIONS
🏠 Wambuliga Homestay
1. Check-In and Check-Out
🕑 1.1. Check-in: 06:30 – 21:00 (WITA)
📝 1.2. Guests must provide a photocopy of ID card/passport.
🕛 1.3. Check-out: Before 12:00 noon (WITA).
2. Room and Facility Usage
🧹 2.1. Please maintain cleanliness of the room and homestay facilities.
💸 2.2. Any damage caused by guest negligence will be the guest’s responsibility.
🚫 2.3. Bringing items that may damage the homestay facilities is prohibited.
🧴 2.4. Refillable soap and shampoo are for bathroom use only and may not be taken away.
🚱 Please turn off the AC, lights, and water taps when leaving for an extended period.
3. Order and Security
⚠️ 3.1. It is strictly prohibited to bring/store/use illegal items (drugs, weapons, etc.).
🔇 3.2. Please maintain quietness and do not disturb other guests.
⏰ 3.3. Receiving visitors after 22:00 is not permitted.
4. Kitchen and Equipment Usage
🍳 4.1. The kitchen may only be used with the owner’s permission, maximum 1 hour per session, with a fee of IDR 75,000.
🧼 4.2. All kitchen utensils must be cleaned after use.
🚰 A sink is available in the kitchen for hand washing or rinsing.
5. Smoking and Alcohol Consumption
🚭 5.1. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the homestay.
🍷 5.2. Alcohol consumption is prohibited within the homestay area.
6. Payment and Cancellation
💳 6.1. Payment must be made upon reservation/check-in or as agreed.
📅 6.2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid penalties.
🌄 6.3. Extension of stay beyond the reservation period via booking.com will be charged IDR 300,000 per person or IDR 400,000 for two persons per night (meals not included).
7. Special Events and Activities
🎉 7.1. Events involving multiple people must receive approval from the homestay owner.
🔕 7.2. Events must not disturb other guests and must end before 22:00.
8. Guest Rights and Obligations
👍 8.1. Guests are entitled to receive services and facilities as agreed.
📋 8.2. Guests must comply with all homestay regulations.
9. Sanctions
⚖️ 9.1. Violations may result in fines, eviction, or reporting to authorities depending on the severity of the offense.
10. Miscellaneous
🔄 10.1. These regulations may be updated at any time and will be informed to guests.
👡 10.2. Shoes/sandals are not allowed inside the homestay (except indoor slippers). Please place them neatly on the terrace or shoe rack.
🛀 10.3. Use the bathroom wisely and avoid wasting water.
👕 10.4. Hang wet clothes on the drying rack provided beside the terrace or garage.
❌ 10.5. Turn off the AC and lights when leaving the homestay.
🫖 10.6. Breakfast time: 06:30–07:00 WITA. (Please order/confirm breakfast by 19:00 the previous evening so it can be prepared in the morning.)
🍽️ 10.7. Dinner time: 19:30 WITA. (Please order/confirm dinner around 15:00 in the afternoon so it can be prepared for the evening.)
🍔 10.8. Breakfast fee: IDR 75,000 per person per day.
🍨 10.9. Dinner fee (buffet): IDR 125,000 per person per day.
11. Rental Facilities
11.1. Motorbike Rental – IDR 100,000 per day (fuel must be refilled and rental agreement must be signed).
11.2. Snorkeling Equipment – Price list available at the reception desk.
11.3. Boat Rental for Diving or Snorkeling – IDR 250,000.
11.4. Snorkeling Package – IDR 275,000 per person (All open-water recreational activities must be coordinated and supervised by a certified guide from Wambuliga Homestay’s diving operator).
11.5. Diving Package – IDR 650,000 per person.
11.6. Washing Machine (Laundry) – IDR 50,000 per wash (price may vary depending on laundry volume).
11.7. Car Transfer to Harbor – IDR 100,000.
11.8. Car Pickup from Harbor – IDR 100,000.
11.9. Car Transfer to Airport – IDR 150,000.
11.10. Car Pickup from Airport – IDR 150,000.
Note: All rental facilities may only be used after mutual agreement and approval.
